Knowing the details of your subscription
Managing your subscription is done through Paypal. You need to know which Paypal account you used to create the subscription, and you may also find it helpful to know the unique identifying number of your subscription.
If you log in to your Badminton Bible account, then I can give you this information. Just come back to this page after you log in (your browser should bring you back here anyway).
Keeping track of your payments
Paypal keeps a record of all your payments. To see this record, you need to go to Paypal and log in to your Paypal account.
Cancelling your subscription
If you want to cancel your subscription, log in to your Paypal account, and look at your account history. Find any payment to Badminton Bible Ltd.
, and select the Details
link.
You should now be on a page giving you details about that individual payment. Near the top of this page, there should be a link titled, View the related [Your subscription number].
Follow this link, and Paypal will take you to a page about the original subscription.
Alternatively, you can just find the original subscription directly in your account history. If you are still in the free trial period, this will be the only entry anyway.
At the bottom of this page, there should be a button to Cancel this subscription
. Clicking this button will take you to a confirmation page. Click the Cancel Subscription
to confirm your cancellation, or click the Do Not Cancel
if you want to keep the subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to access the videos until your paid period expires. If you are still within the free trial period, however, your access will be stopped immediately.
You can always start another subscription if you change your mind, but you will not be eligible for a free trial.
